The sidebar to the right of the video makes it easy to go through each lesson at your own pace. There is also corresponding notes below certain videos for further comprehension.  

Below shows an example of a practice exam at the end of the Real Estate Trading course. This gives students an idea of what to expect on their real exam and also gives some exam and study tips. On the sidebar you can see that under "Downloads" you are able to download worksheets etc. for certain chapters and lessons, and in this case the answers for the practice exam.
